I Won’t Be the Other Woman (Louis Toliver Jr-Swartz, LA)

"I Won’t Be the Other Woman"

You give all men a bad reputation
I must say I now know how your wife must feel
I never thought I would find myself in this position
Had you been honest with me
I might have kept my chest from opening
My heart exposed to you for everyone on display
Then you reveal to me you are married
I know that I am a man
But you have made this man the “other woman”
I unknowingly participated in infidelity
Will I be looked at as a villain?
For committing a sin I was unaware of
You have made me a homewrecker
You have made a fool out of love
You are a liar, a cheater
I am not someone’s other choice
I am someone’s main choice
